Very kind and good hearted . Quick , fast and prompt service . He even had new battery to replace old dead one . Saved me the hassle of replacing battery myself or getting someone else to do it for me . I have the company business card . I will definitely recommend this company to other people!!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Chris at Ohio Roadside Assistance. My car battery died unexpectedly, and Chris arrived promptly to help. He quickly assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and efficiently changed the battery.

Great Service! I had a flat and had waited on AAA for an hour, and AAA just told me it was going to be another hour…

Fortunately, Dustin at Ohio Roadside Service showed up and offered to help. He was genuinely interested in helping me get back on the road safely.

I had a wonderful experience with this service, through Progressive Insurance. I asked for a jump start on a dead battery and ended up with a brand new battery, on the spot! Dustin was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend ORA and would happily use them again in the future.

They came to help me IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT , as I had no tools, when someone who I thought was a "friend" "helped" me and just threw a battery ,which also turned out to be bad, in my truck to replace my bad battery and tgen ran off and left my car disabled with a snow and ice storm coming the next day!

They were so much more than friendly, patient and courteous through the whole process!
